I'm very pleased to report that the Spelling Cow network has grown to over 1,000 web sites! There are about 30 to 40 new installations every day. So now as time goes by, it becomes more and more valuable to have the Spelling Cow portable dictionaries that can be used on any web site with Spelling Cow installed. But this is just the beginning! Which is good b/c things were just about to take off. So I really am not using a ton of bw. Here's a graph of my usage this week with 30 minute averages. The 5 minute graph is a lot more spiky. Well, the popularity of SpellingCow is really taking off! It took about 3.5 months to get the first 1,000 installations. It only took about 2 weeks to get the next 500 for a grand total of 1,500 installs! I'm sure usuage now dwarfs back then. We are doing 1.2GB per day.
