I think this could be quite useful for some individuals on my site......

The idea I had is to have 3 options instead of 2 for the auto spell check, 0 means it wont auto check, 1 is the user wants to auto check the same as it is now. But add the no. 2, this is added when an admin member ticks in the user management that they want the posts auto checking. My thought is it could be similar to auto check, in that ever post is checked when you click submit, but have it so the submit button on the spellcow pop-up screen isn't activated till all the errors have either been corrected or ignored?

I think its a cheeky suggestion, but I could find it useful for some people on my site!

I think most useres would find being forced to ignore words to post really annoying.. I probably would! Id like an option to force certain users to do it Very Happy AKA the 10 y/o forum goers.. and all the people who end words with "z" .. its NOT cool.!

Thats my point exactly I hate the way people use txt speak on the forum.

What I meant were I said an admin sets the auto check, this would be done in the admins user management screen, so you can set a particular users posts to be checked every time

Of course, some of them might just add a load of words ending with 'z' to their personal dictionaries. Sad

You could always tell them to type in English or leave...suggest spelling cow to help them.

I don't think nuttzy intends to help force people into spelling correctly, just aid those that care.
