I was thinking about this, I do not run any forums that censor profanity but I am sure there are many that do.

Here is the scenario I came up with:
Let's say it's a Disney forum targeted at the younger audience. They would usually use censors to mask profanity. What if they use your mod and the poster types "shkt" since they meant to type "shot". The spell check dictionary will show "shit" in it's list of suggestions right? If so, will there be a way for those to censor it out? Laughing

Blah, good catch. While it should recognize profanity and not flag them as misspellings, I don't think it should be suggesting them either. I'll see what I can do!

I'm sure some people would be able to post a long list of profanity, but since using profanity is against my morals, this is the best I can do:

Racial slurs...
