Go get version 0.1.0 I'm please to announce the new release of v0.1.0 of the free SpellingCow service. The new version is available for public download here. The previous version successfully completed an initial stress test by the popular www.blizzhackers.com site. The news was very encouraging as there was barely a hiccup! Very rare for an initial alpha release. The new beta version is available to all, so feel free to install it on your own site. If you do, all we ask in return is a link back to us as specified in the install instructions. Lastly, this version is not phpBB specific. You could hook it up to ANY form on ANY page for ANY textarea or input field. I like the dictionary and thesaurus. But at the top when I have nothing wrong it still says thanks for testing the spell checker.
