I am using phpbb 2.0.22. I added the code to the top of the overall_header as instructed.
The problem is that as soon as member types something and adds an emoticon to their post, all of the words before the emoticon disappeared.
It doesn't seem to happen all the time, but often enough that members are noticing.
Any help would be appreciated.

I'm having this same issue on an SMF board. I don't know if it has anything to do with the way the emoticon codes are created. Mine are usually the emoticon name wrapped in double dots on each side like so.

nt | Did you ever fix the problem? I have tried the phpbb boards with no luck and have the same issue? |
