Like if I type "nutzy" or "nuttzy" or "nutzee" then it will give me the suggestion "Nuttzy99" because that is a username. Or if I type pikldweasel then it should give me the suggestion Pickled_Weasel666. Or it could have the suggestions in a different color or have an asterisk next to it. It actually could turn into a bad idea though. What if you have a user by the name of "teh"?
