In terms of practicality it would save painful re-typings brought on by the caps lock key and also enable Mods/admins to quickly lowercase any offensive excessively capitalised posts. Not sure if I'll be doing this one. Certainly is a good Moderator tool, just not necessarily what I'm looking to do.
